Product: Omen Laptop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Alright so I have had this laptop 2-3 years. Been running amazing since but lately my fps has apparently been capped at 40 it won't go above 40 or below 40 fps not even 1. I've done YouTube, GeForce, and nothing has worked ;/
