Hey I have a “HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop PC - AMD 6-Core Ryzen 5 5600G Processor, AMD Radeon RX5500, 8GB RAM, 256GB PCIe NVMe SSD” I recently bought off on Amazon last month. I don’t know why it is beeping 8 times can anyone assist me?

Hi
Check this Site for BIOS error codes. There is no eight beep code.
You may be hearing a 3:5, 4:4, or a 5:3 error code. All codes are hardware related.
Contact HP for warranty support.

Hello I don’t believe there is 5:3 or 5:3 as I have seen related posts https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Desktop-Hardware-and-Upgrade-Questions/8-long-beeps-on-startup/m-p/860...
I don’t know what to do as I don’t have another computer

Hi @Inexorable1
@Paul_Tikkanen should be able to assist if you have video and USB I/O. You will have to provide a specific product number to find the correct BIOS installer.
You may then be able to flash the BIOS by creating a bootable BIOS recovery stick on a different PC.
You will require HP factory service if the PC is "bricked". Bricked means your PC has a black screen and no keyboard, mouse, or any USB I/O function.
Don't know why HP does not disclose this error code at the troubleshooting site. I got this now.

Hi
Try all steps at this Site. Then contact HP.
I am trying to help.
The image you have provided is a generic product code for many HP TPO1 PCs.
And, you have not established if your PC has USB input/output. A dead PC requires HP factory service.
The bootable USB BIOS recovery option is pointless if the PC is dead. Your PC may not support this last option.
