Example: Omen obelisk
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I get about 65 to 80c when gaming. But when I export videos my cpu gets into high 80s. I have an i7 9700k at stock speed with the omen liquid cooler. Is this normal temps for rendering video and is it safe? Is it normal for an aio or this aio. Should I get a new aio? Or should I edit the fan and pump speed in a program?

i had to edit the fan speed of the gpu because it was programmed to keep quiet and is a blower style. Is that the same with my aio and Do I just need to edit fan curves?

@JacobOlander,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer is overheating when exporting videos.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

What is the exact model or the product number of your computer?

I would like to inform you that up to 90C temperatures are fine when you are using the computer in full load (Like gaming or video rendering).

Having said that, I recommend you update the BIOS and the chipset driver from the below link and check if it helps.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
