Product: Victus by HP 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop 15-fb0000 (598V2AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello my name is Sambit Swain,i have been using this laptop from 9 to 10 months.

Before some month i have got an issue related to Hp Bios Update.My motherboard got replaced,but after the replacement

my laptop gets freeze while playing games before i havn't any issue.So,what to do now?

Try Load Setup Defaults BIOS.

How to enter BIOS:
Turn off the laptop, after it is completely off, press the power button once to turn it on while pressing the Esc key many times before the HP logo appears.

After the menu screen appears, select BIOS setup utility.

 

In BIOS, move to the Exit menu tab, then select Load Setup Defaults / Apply Factory defaults.

 

 

If the freeze still occurs after the BIOS uses the default settings, contact HP Customer Care again.
