Hello 

I have a problem that is when i charge my laptop with power on , does not charge my battery , but charge with sleep mode . How can i solve this problem ? Cause sometime i work so much i need to connect it permanently to charger .

What is your machine ? What is the wattage rating for it charger ? Is your machine still under warranty ?

This is the serial of my laptop [personal information removed]

You can check the model to help me by goog solution .

Notice :- the output my charger  = 19.5 V  == 2.31 A

The wattage of my charger is 45W
