My device name is hp victus 16 but in omen light studio it show me that my device is not supported omen light studio so how can I fix this problem

Not ALL Victus and Omen machines support Omen Light Studio. Your machine does NOT support OLS full stop. My machine clearly displays 4-zone keyboard when turning ON the very firs time.
