Hello! im wondering if it's possible to add another hdd harddrive? Does it have the cables for a new hdd sata harddrive. Does it have another sata slot?

There are 3 SATA data headers.  Looking at the specifications  2 HD, (2.5" and 3.5") , and a DVD drive, you have no available SATA data header.  BUT, you do have an M.2 socket 3 Key M NVMe port that is not being used.   If you were to install an Samsung EVO 970 NVMe 500GB, your data speed would be minimum 5 times faster.

 

If you decide to used the NVMe, you free up a hard drive connection.  I am linking a hard drive replacement guide only to explain the need for the special Fillister head mounting screws.  The enlarged head enables the HD to slide in the grooves, and finally lock into place.  These are Fillister 6x32 and 1/4" length. Note sure if the 2.5" adapter tray allows a 3.5" drive.

But another question, i'm planning to upgrade my cpu to an intel i7 6700, and also upgrade the cpu cooler to a better air cooler. Should i concider any cpu cooler over other? Does every cpu cooler take as much electricity? 

 

I'm also thinking about switching out my ram for faster ram, it says that my motherbopard supports up to 2133mhz, but can i put in faster once and get anything out of it or is it going to limit f.ex 2666mhz ram to 2133? Can i in some way make my motherboard support faster ram?

OK back to the added drive.  You should be able to use the PCIE x 1 SATA card for data drive.

The motherboard will limit the speed of RAM.

 

The CPU is an LGA 1151 socket.  So, you need to fit an LGA 1151 cooler. Taking measurements from every direction. An example is the Cooler Master 212 as shown here.  Be sure to allow extra clearance so the case will close.   I have a dual kit, similar to this.
