Product: HP omen gaming desktop 30l
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Can you please help I can see i am not alone who super disappointed regards this ram  but I can’t find the solution I would like to add more ram I purchase HyperX but speed drop to 2400 mhz return them back I quiet about my pc was crashed I reinstall and loose all my files super disappointed any suggestions any ram I can purchase because 16 is not really enough for virtual reality will appreciate any suggestions thank you

@Jel5 , welcome to the Community.

 

HP doesn't add Extreme Memory Profiles to the BIOS/UEFI.  They use the standard JEDEC's.  For this reason, the only way to get memory that will run at the designated speed is ordering it installed when you buy the computer.
