Hi. I'm using HP Pavilion 550-033d Desktop with HP Pavilion 25xw 25-in IPS LED Backlit Monitor. Can I add a 4k Monitor? Can the GTX 745 Handle dual monitor at 4k? thanks.

Adding a 4K Monitor

@Galaga, welcome to the forum.

You can use a 4K monitor with the DisplayPort.  The resolution with it is 4096 x 2160.  The other two ports on the GTX 745 are a DVI (dual-link) resolution: 2560 x 1600 x 32bpp at 60Hz  and a HDMI resolution: 1920 x 1080.  Either can be used for a second monitor, but they won't be 4K.

Here is the Product Specifications page for the computer.  See the section titled "Video Graphics" for the above information.  Also, here is a guide to help you connect the monitors.

Yes, the ZOTAC GeForce® GTX 1050 Ti Mini would fit nicely into your case.  Also, it should work fine with your 300W PSU.  You can look at the specs in the link that I provided.
