Adding a 4K Monitor

Hi. I'm using HP Pavilion 550-033d Desktop with HP Pavilion 25xw 25-in IPS LED Backlit Monitor. Can I add a 4k Monitor? Can the GTX 745 Handle dual monitor at 4k? thanks.

@Galaga, welcome to the forum.
You can use a 4K monitor with the DisplayPort. The resolution with it is 4096 x 2160. The other two ports on the GTX 745 are a DVI (dual-link) resolution: 2560 x 1600 x 32bpp at 60Hz and a HDMI resolution: 1920 x 1080. Either can be used for a second monitor, but they won't be 4K.

How about if I change the GPU from gtx 745 to to zotac 1050ti mini? would it fit in the case?is the 300W power supply enoug?thanks

Yes, the ZOTAC GeForce® GTX 1050 Ti Mini would fit nicely into your case. Also, it should work fine with your 300W PSU. You can look at the specs in the link that I provided.
