OMEN by HP 40L Gaming Desktop PC GT21-0000i (392G2AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

I have recently added a 10GbE network card (link) and an additional M.2 SSD (link) to the remaining PCIE slots on my OMEN 40L.

They both are recognized and functioning, but after a few minutes ~ hours (quite random), they stop being recognized by the computer and are nowhere to be found.

This happened with a different 10GbE network card as well (link)

This is especially apparent when the computer comes back from sleep mode, and is almost always unrecognized.

After I reset the network adapter through the settings, it comes back online.

I have tried factory resetting my OMEN, but the same problem still occurs.

I have also installed all of the drivers required for the new SSD and network card.

Is there anything that I need to do from the BIOS? or is my OMEN lacking enough power to operate these new components (which is odd because HP left several PCIE slots for customization...)?

Thank you!
