Product: 8cg849608s
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Omen desktop: put in 2 new matching 16 gig ram and alarm goes off no picture. Put back old 1) 16 gig and now it sounds alarm no picture too.

What is the Product Number of the computer? I need this information to review the specifications of it. Please don't furnish the Serial # or other personal information. You can find the Product Number at the bottom of the page when you open HP Support Assistant.  Also, a link to the RAM that you are trying to install would be helpful.  I want to make certain that it is compatible with the motherboard.
