According to: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c04100368, your HP Pavilion 500-214 Desktop PC (F3D65AA) is fitted with the MS-7778 (JasmineR) motherboard, which happens to be 24-pin ATX-power enabled, meaning, you can swap the original (OEM) 300-watt power supply (p/n: 667893-003) with any industry standard ATX power supply, as long as you watch its dimensions (LxHxW) and air intake/discharge for fit inside your case.
With this in mind, this is what the back of your desktop looks like:
Which means that this affordable 550-watt PSU (just a little extra juice in case you need it) would fit just fine: Amazon.com: Power Supply 550W 80+ Bronze Certified PSU (ARESGAME, AGW550) : Everything Else:
This is just an example. There are legion power supplies available that would fit in your PC.
