Solved!

Are the slots on the back of the PC removable?

HP Envy 750-524
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Those slot things look in line with my graphics card that I’m thinking about to install. How do I remove them?

@Contonio, welcome to the forum.

Yes, the blanks can be removed so you can install your video card.  I am not certain how the ones in your case are removed, but normally there is a screw on the inside of the case that can be removed.  Then, the blank can be removed.
