I am experiencing a problem with my laptop's battery. It automatically shuts off after 3-5 minutes of use without being connected to a power source. After conducting a battery health check, the result indicated that the battery status is either 'Very Weak' or 'Weak.' Additionally, whenever I attempt to run PC hardware diagnostics, the process gets cancelled under the battery section.

Given these issues, I would like to know if the battery needs to be replaced. I have previously contacted HP customer support and was informed that I would receive further information via message, but I have yet to receive any communication on WhatsApp or through text messages.

Could you please guide me on how to find the appropriate battery for my model? Also, I would appreciate it if you could provide an estimate of the cost for a replacement battery. I am uncertain whether to order a new battery online or purchase it from a store. Your advice on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
