Product: OMEN by HP 45L Gaming Desktop PC GT22-1000i RCTO Base Model
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Original Realtek Factory installed audio. Upon initially playing audio whether a wave file , YouTube, etc., the sound ramps up from 0 to the proper level taking about 3 seconds. When I retap the space bar to play the sound again, it starts at the correct level. This is very annoying and no one at HP seems to be familiar with that problem.
I’ve never had this occur with any other computer whether with a Realtek or 3rd party card. I’m thinking of upgrading to a Soundblaster card. Any ideas? Thanks.
