Greetings

Welcome to the HP Forum.

You will have to wait until HP releases a newer BIOS for your PC's MB which updates the TPM manufacturer version.

TPM version 3.92.0.5 is out of date.

For example; my MB is running TPM version 6.32.0.6.

Greetings @ewqfr

I don't think anyone in this Forum can verify if BIOS update version F.47 includes the TPM update your MB needs.

Only a Forum member having the exact same PC you have and having installed this BIOS update can provide this information.

The F.47 BIOS update download site for the TG01-1000a (2W847AV) *** product number is Here. The "Fixes" section at the BIOS update site is empty. So It is unknown if this BIOS update includes the TPM fix.

And the above product number *** you are providing is generic to a group of HP PCs. You really should provide a specific product number which matches your specific HP PC. Doing this will ensure you are installing the exact BIOS update your MB needs.

An example, specific product number, would be something like: TG01-1067ng.

I can't verify the following problem will happen to you. But installing a generic BIOS update could mess up certain fixed BIOS data tied specifically to your PC's MB such as: the serial number, product SKU, System Board CT number, and other required information. I've seen this happen to other HP Forum users.

You really don't want to lose this BIOS information. Plus losing this BIOS data might put the MB into manufacturing mode.

It's unfortunate your PC has an older TPM manufacturing version.

All we can do is wait until HP solves this problem.

I'm running Ryzen 7000 series and Ryzen 9000 series processors on AM5 MBs. I've got the latest TPM manufacturing version (6.32.0.6).

The TPM manufacturing version problem seems to be related to AM4 MBs.
