BSOD awakining from sleep

HP Omen 870-290
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Solved a problem with BSOD after trying to wake computer from sleep. I had to set my system to sleep "never". Looking at my apps I saw that McAfee was installed and it must have come pre-installed with the system. I un-installed McAfee and my system now works fine.

I had both AVG and McAfee installed and it could have been that one or the other did an update causing a conflict because inititally my Omen worked fine.

I have always had trouble with McAfee and don't use it because of that.

Cheers

Yeah, two anti-virus' programs can usually cause problems.

Glad you found the issue, though!
