@Aryan33 , welcome to the Community.
Here is a HP Knowledge Base article that will tell you what to consider when upgrading the video card: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Gaming-Knowledge-Base/Upgrade-Video-Card/ta-p/7481981
There are three may things to consider: 1) the length of the card, 2) the wattage required to run it properly and 3) does the card require a 1x6, 8 or both PCIe power connector.
In your case/chassis the length of the card is very important. You don't want to reduce the airflow in any way. This will definitely cause overheating.
You will have to upgrade the power supply unit (PSU). The PSU in your computer is only 180W. This is not nearly enough to run any of the newer video cards. They require a minimum of 300 to 400W. Most of the cards that will work best in your case/chassis will be in the 300W range.
The article in my link will give you all of the information that you need to make a decision on which cards will work. Be prepared for sticker shock when you look at the price of the video cards. The stay at home environment has caused prices to rise considerably. Here is a small, powerful, video card that should fit nicely into your case: https://www.newegg.com/gigabyte-geforce-gtx-1650-gv-n1656oc-4gd-rev-2-0/p/N82E16814932309
The card only requires a 300W PSU with 1x6-pin PCIe power connector. I recommend a full modular PSU. This will allow you to use only the cables that are absolutely necessary. Again, this will allow for better airflow. The length of the card is 6.77" (179.95 mm).
Here is a PSU that should work: https://www.newegg.com/corsair-sf-series-sf450-450w/p/N82E16817139156?&quicklink=true
You should measure the space provided for the PSU to assure that the one in my link will fit. You can actually use any standard ATX PSU. The motherboard has a standard 24-pin ATX power connector.
