I want to modify my HP OMEN 30L GT-1114 to the best possible GPU. I dont care whether it is geforce or radeon or how much it costs. I just need to know what is the BEST

If you have the idea to replace more than the graphics card (sometimes no choice, you will have to change the power supply as well) The processor, going from 16 gb of ram to 32 gb for example depending on the age of the computer, this might not be advantageous so rather old, what you change may not be able to be reused, unlike the graphics card..Sometimes, for not that much cost, you could have a much newer, more capable computer.

Your HP OMEN 30L GT-1114 (328M9AA), according to: https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/omen-30l-desktop-pc-gt13-1000a/2100404772/model/2100404775/docu..., came with a stock 500-watt power supply with HP p/n: M22295-001 "Power Supply - 500W Persan3 FR" (please verify), and is fitted with a Hana motherboard with SSID: 8876 (please verify), which thankfully is 24-pin ATX power supply enabled, meaning, you can swap your stock 500-watt power supply with a higher wattage PSU, as long as you watch its dimensions (LxWxH) for fit inside your case.

Likewise, watch replacement graphics cards dimensions.

So, after this prelude, WHAT is the BEST graphics card for your OMEN 30L?

One of the best GPUs that is known to work (without speculation / sans spéculations) in an HP OMEN 30L GT-1114, would be an RTX 3080 Ti, but you'll have to swap your 500-watt PSU for a fitting 750-watt power supply, like this User did:  https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/53682092.

Just follow the recommendations of the sites, in relation to power supply
