So i have a problem i want to update my bios because i found Article about a problem with a specific CPU model i read it and saw that mine had the issue, when you have this model theres problem with the Electrical Voltage that slowly kills the CPU and you can fix it if you install an bios update so i wanted to install the new bios update so that my cpu stays alive but when i press update in the Installation helper it says that i dont have enough disk space but as you see youreself there are 300gb free and i dont think that the bios update  needs more than 300gb spaceScreenshot 2025-11-01 110325.pngScreenshot 2025-11-01 112506.pngScreenshot 2025-11-01 113320.png

It seems like the BIOS update tool is detecting storage incorrectly. Try running the update as administrator or creating a USB BIOS update through HP Support Assistant or HP’s BIOS recovery tool. That usually bypasses the disk space error.

It does not detect the USB.
