Product: OMEN 25L Desktop PC GT12-1000a (ID 1Z1C1AV)

My brand new hp omen desktop is stuck in some sort of bitlocker loop, I put the correct password in and it just loads to the omen startup logo and freezes there, over tried doing a clean install and it doesn't work either, it just freezes. Please help!
