Product: Pavillion 23
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So, my pc keeps shutting down whenever I try load up a game, then when i load it back up it says 5-11 cpu fan not detected and when I try go into the bios and into the fan it says n/a how do i change it to disabled.

@didiaskthough , welcome to the Community.

 

The first thing that I suggest is using a can of compressed air and clean the fan.  If it has a lot of dust build-up it can cause this error.
