I used the correct key and the computer is still locked.  The mouse or keyboard doesn’t work so I can not click skip this drive on one of the bitlocker screens.  The boot menu isn’t recognizing the usb port so I can’t reload windows!  Help

Usually, the windows (?) boot process looked for a bootsector on the USB drive and if it cannot find one it just ignores the USB.  You should see the USB LED (if it has an LED) flash twice:  once when powering up and a second time when attempting to read the boot sector of the USB.

let me know what happens.
