Black screen and blue screen

Hello, 

I've been having this problem for a while now, every time I play any game: (league of legends,  elden ring, SF6) for 10-20 mins, it freezes and the display turns to blacks, its still on. I hold the powers button and try to restart it, I get a blue screen,  and it's an endless cycle. It works fine when I do working tasks: adobe, microsoft word, and rarely freeze when I watch shows on Netflix/ hulu.  It mainly happens when I start gaming.

I had this laptop for about 4 years.
