Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My computer when i start valorant or cs:go goes to black screen and it frozen, i can't minimize or close the game, but i still hearing the game

@fgb96 , welcome to the Community.

 

These symptoms are normally caused by the game software.  I suggest that you go to the website for the games to see if other gamers are having the same problem.  If you are not playing on Steam there may be a patch that will solve the problem.
