Every time I start up my computer it shows a black screen with the HP logo and a loading icon, then the screen turns black for a second and then only shows the loading icon. It gets stuck on this screen. I’ve restarted the desktop many times, I’ve tried multiple things that I saw online and nothing works. I’ve had this desktop for about 10 months now.

I called hp customer service and had to put a whole new system on my computer with a flash drive. So, now it works 🙂
