Hi!
I need hela with my new desktop computer. Yesterday during the day, I worked well after I put it to sleep and would use it again last night. Then when I tried to turn on the computer again I do not get any picture or something up. Have tried to restart the power cable for about 10min and yet I have not got it and work. What can the problem be like? Help 😞

Hi @Husko

Welcome to HP Support Forums. A really great platform for posting all your questions and finding solutions.

I understand that your computer is not booting up.

I'd like to help.

Please unplug the power cord and all other accessories except for the keyboard & mouse. Then press and hold the power button for 30 seconds.

Try powering on the computer and keep tapping on the F10 key till you see System Configuration Screen ( BIOS )

If you are unable to get to the BIOS please contact our Phone Support for Service Options.

Step 1. Open link: www.hp.com/contacthp/
Step 2. Enter Product number or select to auto detect
Step 3. Scroll down to "Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options"
Step 4. Scroll down and click: HP contact options - click on Get phone number and phone number appear.

Thank you. 🙂
