HP Omen X 900-210
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Tried booting up and now only get a blank screen and 3 short beeps. Tried every troubleshooting idea on the limited HP website, plus elsewhere. Even went so far as to disconnect all non essential connections, removed both GPUs, ram, water pump, etc. Also did a cmos clear.

I can find nothing on the beep code for this machine anywhere. Any help appreciated!

Hello @Digger66

The HP beep codes are mostly universal.  3 short beeps are related to a bios issue.  You are still under warranty I assume? You might do best to contact HP Support for a warranty issue.

I only had a 90 day warranty and its 3 months expired. As stated, I cleared the cmos, no help. I'm only online by phone,  so no hp chat available either. I was in contact with then 2 days ago about the CPU running hot under load because the fan doesn't speed up until it reaches 80 to 90C, and then it only maintains temp around 90 to 95C. All they said was to send it in for repair, on my dime. I do have a best buy service plan, so may take it there as a last resort.

I know you said you cleared the cmos, that wont help.

If you have a best buy warranty, that would be your best solution at this point.
