I have a blue screen that says the bios recovery files cannot be found or the files are corrupted

Welcome to the HP Forum.

 

You should be able to fix this.

 

Download the following BIOS update file, for your PC, using a different PC from this Site. Run this file on the different PC.

 

Select option 2 to create a USB BIOS Recovery flash drive. 

 

Connect this recovery drive to your PC. Start the PC.

 

Follow prompts to update your PC's BIOS.
