@Hunter2995, welcome to the forum.
Since you didn't provide the model or product number for the computer, I don't know how old it is. Normally, this message is telling you that the hard drive has failed. The only remedy is, replace the drive. You can run a SMART test to see if it verifies that the drive has failed.
