Product: OMEN by HP 25L Gaming Desktop PC GT15-0000a (4Q9S1AV)

I have just bought a 25L HP Omen today and I have plugged it in and it will not power on, I’ve tried different fuses but still will not turn on, is there anything I need to be doing
