Product: OMEN HP Desktop PC 880 - 180

I bought a brand new omen from amazon and tried to get it set up the other day. I use a Samsung 65” tv as my monitor for it like I did my last computer, and I get nothing on screen. I tried hdmi to hdmi and I tried display port to hdmi and still nothing. My tv says it’s connected but there’s no signal. I don’t know what to do anymore. Please HELP!

I assume you're trying to connect to a 4K Samsung, is this correct?

I've had this issue myself and it ended up being the HDMI cable. I've had to buy 3 of them to find one that worked.

Have you tried switching the output resolution to 1080p on Windows to the TV to see if it worked?
