Product: OMEN by HP 45L Gaming Desktop PC GT22-0000a (4E977AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Hello together,
i got my Omen 45l 1 week ago. It seems that there is a problem with the CPU Fan or maybe both of them. When the RPM goes over 700-800 there is a noise that sounds like scratching/rattles/clatters. Maybe one of the rotor touches the housing.
If I disconnect the CPU Fan power supply, the strange noise is gone.
Does someone know if I can check that on my own or if I have to send it back? Because the Fans are connected to the water cooling "board" and I think I have to remove a lot of parts to reach them.
Best regards
Dennis
