It is possible to install the latest Ryzen in your motherboard. The 2600x requires the AM4 socket. Your motherboard has an AM4 socket.
But HP would have to provide a BIOS update for your system to see the Ryzen 2600x processor. You did not provide your PC's product number. You would have to check for an HP BIOS update for your specific PC which adds support for the latest Ryzen processors.
The Higos motherboard does not currently support gen 2 Ryzen processors using the BIOS HP included at the factory.
