Hi all,

My game Call of Duty Black OPS 6 displays a message for updating the BIOS version in order to satisfy the security. The option  TPM 2.0 is enable into the BIOS and I have the last BIOS updated version (AMI.F47 28.11.2023) available by HP. The game is running fine but for the next Call of Duty Black OPS 7, will not work in this conditions...
I hope that someone has a solution for me 😉
Thanks in advance, have a good day.
Regards.

Greetings @Grandgi

Many AMD HP PCs are having a TPM 2.0 manufacturing version problem with some games.

HP is aware of, and is working on this problem.

BTW, it is going to take time to fix all affected AMD MBs.

You will have to periodically check your HP PC's driver download site for a future BIOS update which fixes the TPM 2.0 manufacturing version problem.

There is no quick fix to this problem.

I have Omen 30 L gt13-1000a and it gave me the same warning in black ops 6 saying I needed to update my BIOS but still let me play. I have updated to the newest BIOS after turning off the Memory Integrity as well as Microsoft Vulnerable Driver Blacklist as that was the only way I could install the BIOS however still having the same problem. Telling me I need to update it for COD 7. Hoping a praying COD Black Ops 7 Works Friday regardless. Guess we got some time to see but its been so long since HP has dropped a BIOS for this computer, they need to step on it!!!

Hi, did BO7 work for you?

Yep we are screwed at the moment because HP has **bleep** service and can’t provide us something before hand like most other big name manufactures. I have done everything I possible can to play warzone or BF6 it’s not me it’s HP, HP has til next week to come out with something to work on my Omen or I’m going to buy a new PC and it will not be HP as this shouldn’t even be a problem to begin with it. How can they build “gaming PC” with 2 of the biggest games requiring this software and they still don’t have anything out. I can’t even play battlefield because I need a bios update. Imagine that. To hell with em

it worked for like 4 hours but now it kicked me off and says security requirements not met I cant start a match of multiplayer, campaign or zombies we are cooked until hp decides to update bios

I have the OMEN 30L GT13-0046na, and although my system states the tpm 2 is enabled and secure boot is on, i still get TPM error in COD 6,  HP are not very helpful in helping and will never buy one again.  There is no BIOS update for the Moria 3 Motherboard. absolutly diabolical service from HP for a 4yr old pc.
