My birthday is coming soon and I wanted to know if I could buy a gtx 1080 double fan and switch to my computer

Technically, yes you can. But its up to you to check the measurements inside the case and make sure the new card will fit.

I dont know the exact physical space available in that tower. You need to compare that to the measurements of the new 1080 specs.

Also, see what power connectors that 1080 requires. Example: It might use two 8 pin connectors, so you need to make sure the power supply has that available also.

Be aware of the extra heat the new card will generate and monitor your temps.
