Can I fit a RTX 4070 ventus 3x inside of my hp omen 40L PC

I am not familiar with your PC's case. A different Forum member, having hands on experience with the 40L, could provide a better response.

 

The MSI Ventus 3X 12 GB OC is a dual slot card at about 12 inches in length. This card needs a 550 watt power supply with one 8 pin PCIe power supply connector to power the card.

 

Measure along the PCIe x16 slot and check your PC's power supply specs.

 

You need 12 inches or more in length along the PCIe x16 slot. You don't want to have the card butting up against the power supply (no airflow to the graphics card). You need a 550 watt or greater power supply.
