Greetings @zoryxx
Welcome to the HP Forum.
Many HP: PC spec and MB spec sites are not working.
You will have to provide your PC's power supply wattage. Also check the HP PSU for any supplemental 6 plus 2 pin connectors required to power some of the newer graphics cards.
The HP PSU would be upgradable using retail PSUs if it has a 24 pin MB connector and a 4 pin or 4+4 pin EPS connector.
Check PSU dimensions. Standard ATX PSU dimensions are: 150 mm width, 86 mm height, and typically 140 mm depth. Or 5.9 inches, 3.9 inches, 5.5 inches respectively.
A full image of your PC's MB would be great. You should measure along the PCIe x16 slot to check the length available for a new graphics card
Power supply specs and case dimensions will limit graphics card upgrade options.
Can't provide graphics card upgrade options using the info you have provided.
The following CPUs should work with your HP 750-114 MB:
- TDP: Up to 65 W
- Socket type: LGA 1151
- Motherboard supports the following processor upgrades:ProcessorTDPIntegrated GraphicsIntel Core i7-6700T (Skylake) 2.8 GHz Quad Core35 WIntel HD Graphics (GT2)Intel Core i7-6700 (Skylake) 3.4 GHz Quad Core65 WIntel HD Graphics (GT2)Intel Core i5-6400T (Skylake) 2.2 GHz Quad Core35 WIntel HD Graphics (GT2)Intel Core i5-6400 (Skylake) 2.7 GHz Quad Core65 WIntel HD Graphics (GT2)Intel Core i3-6100T (Skylake) 3.2 GHz Dual Core35 WIntel HD Graphics 530Intel Core i3-6100 (Skylake) 3.7 GHz Dual Core65 WIntel HD Graphics 530Intel Pentium G4400 (Skylake) 3.3 GHz Dual Core65 WIntel HD Graphics 510Intel Pentium G4400T (Skylake) 2.9 GHz Dual Core35 WIntel HD Graphics 510Intel Celeron G3900 (Skylake) 2.8 GHz Dual Core65 WIntel HD Graphics 510Intel Celeron G3900T (Skylake) 2.6 GHz Dual Core35 WIntel HD Graphics 510

The CPU upgrade went very well Now I need to know if this grafix card will be compatible with my mother board and I am replacing PSU with a 600 watts unit.
GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 1650 D6 OC 4G Graphics Card, 170mm Compact Size, 4GB 128-Bit GDDR6, GV-N1656OC-4GD REV2.0 Video Card
600W ATX Power Supply PSU, ESGAMING with 120mm Ultra Quiet Coolin
Is that card faster or preform better then my GeForce GTX 1050

Greetings @zoryxx
Good to see the Intel 6700 worked.
You could do a 1650. Check this Site for a 1650 vs 1050 comparison.
This Site has a 1650 review.
The specs for the 1650 Here show a 300 watt power supply requirement.
I don't know what power supply you have. But you may not need to upgrade the HP PSU if it is, at least, 300 watts.
