HP All-In-One - 20-c435z
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My PC runs very slow, it lags, it freezes, and nothing can seem to help it.

Not even factory resets can fix it, and I don't know what to do.

I don't have any viruses, (I know because I have an anti-virus), and I just want to fix this.

So, like the title, can I replace the CPU and/or graphics card (ex. AMD to Nvidia) in an HP All-In-One - 20-c435z?

Its specs

You have to live with it or buy a new machine because

1. CPU:  Supports the AMD A4-9125 (Stoney Ridge), and the AMD E2-9000 (Stoney Ridge) Dual Core processors only. The processor that is shipped with your model is soldered and is not upgradeable.

2. VIDEO: It only has iGPU  or Integrated graphics which is included with CPU.

3. RAM: You can't upgrade, it has one slot of RAM and supports 8GB max

You may be able to replace HDD but why, I would not do that.

Regards.
