I am pretty sure this is the pc I have: HP OMEN 870-219 Desktop, Intel Core i7-7700 Quad-Core 3.6GHz, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 3GB, 12GB DDR4, 1TB HDD + 128GB SSD, 802.11ac, Bluetooth, Win10H (Renewed)

As you can see the graphics card isnt very good which causes lower fps in video games. I would like to replace the graphics card since I think my processor is pretty decent. Is this possible?

Please check this guide to provide the exact model or product number of your computer.  If there are letters at the end of the model, please provide them.  Please don't furnish the Serial # or other personal information.
