I need a little bit more information in order to best assist you: please specify the "xxx" in HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop PC TG01-0xxx.
Better still: please type in: System Information in your Windows search bar, and click on the System Information app. Look to the right of "System SKU" and "BaseBoard Product" and share that information.
Also, it would be helpful if you could provide the part number of your power supply.

Thank you: your HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop PC TG01-0000a (7NB67EA) is fitted with an Erica motherboard (SSID: 8643) and a 310-watt power supply with p/n: L64961-800.
Your current power supply is pretty much maxed out powering a GTX 1650. If you want to upgrade to a better graphics card, you'll have to upgrade your power supply with either a 400-watt power supply with p/n: L04618-800 or a 500-watt power supply, with p/n: L05757-800.
For example, once upgraded with the aforementioned 400-watt power supply, you could power smaller-sized (two fan) GPUs powered by a single 8-pin PCIe power cable, such as an RTX 4060, like this model: ASUS DUAL RTX 4060 OC Specs | TechPowerUp GPU Database.
By the way, if your desktop is fitted with a Ryzen 3 3200G, consider upgrading your processor too with the Ryzen 7 3700X.
Hope this was helpful.
Kind Regards,
