Can I upgrade the gpu in hp 17?

I know it has raedon graphics card in it, but I'm using unreal gaming engine. Keeps telling me the fps is 10 or less. Laptop is a 2019 and was a birthday present. It's running very slowly now.

Hi:

You cannot upgrade the processor/graphics without replacing the motherboard with one listed in your notebook's service manual that may come with a better processor/graphics.

The part alone would cost more than your notebook.

Better to sell or trade in your notebook and get one that you are happy with.

Yes, the memory can be upgraded up to 2 x 8 GB for a total of 16 GB.
