I have an HP Omen 35L connected to an Omen Transcend 32" OLED monitor. I can control and make adjustments to the PC specs & lighting with the Gaming Hub, however I can't do anything with the monitor.
The monitor shows up in Gaming hub, but if I click Picture Mode, Lighting, Audio, etc. I receive this warning:
"Settings could not be applied by OMEN Gaming Hub. Your monitor might be busy or unavailable. To retry, ensure that your monitor is turned on, the display on-screen menu is closed, and no other application is using the monitor."
I also can't control the monitor lighting with Light Studio either, even though the monitor shows up there. I can add the monitor to zones along with my PC lighting and the app shows the lighting changing. But only the PC lighting actually changes, the monitor doesn't do anything.
I have tried repairing, resetting, and uninstalling Gaming Hub, but it still does not work

Hey! It sounds like the OMEN Gaming Hub isn’t syncing with your Omen Transcend monitor properly. Have you tried disconnecting and reconnecting the monitor or checking for firmware updates for the monitor? Also, make sure no other apps are using the monitor, and try restarting both the PC and the monitor before retrying the settings.
