Hi, I recently purchased a prebuilt pc, advertised as 5600 ram, but my ram is stuck at 4800. I tried to go into bios to increase but couldn’t see it, and after some Google research I’m seeing a common issue with hp not allowing this. Is there any way to increase the speed, and if not why is the PC being advertised like that?

(Motherboard says it’s a 8D7F and Google shows nothing on that model)

Thanks

Hi @Redeyez90

What is the PC model? Did you check what frequency the CPU supports?
