I can't seem to connect the monitor via HDMI port - the HDMI Port is closed off. What do I do?

Thanks

Greetings,

Welcome to the forum.

I am not a HP employee.

It looks like your PC shipped with a GTX 1060. This card should have a HDMI port.

HP may have included a removable black plug on the 1060 to prevent dust infiltration. HP may have included a removable plug for the onboard HDMI port so you connect the monitor to the 1060.

Check your connections.

Regards
