In the Gaming Hub, is there any way to cancel an entry to a reward after the challenge has been initiated?
I have an entry for an Ascent Game Key that is set to draw after a year. I thought this was a glitch, since it is well outside of the norm that I have seen from other drawings. I reached out to HP support and they said that this is still a legit entry based off of the screenshot.
Glitch or not, it really gets to me that this one won't go away, so please help me.
