Hello. I'm in a pickle here. I placed an order for 2 gaming computers about 2 weeks ago and contacted chat support 2 days later to cancel the order as I was going to place a separate order. The rep i talked with assured me that it would be cancelled as he did not see why it would not be approved for cancellation. After 2 weeks of no updates, and no refund, I reach out to chat support again and the other rep said Cancellation request is "just a request" and would not be possible. Can somebody help me?

Hi @Echo_Lake. Nobody has followed-up on this issue still. I have no private messages. I already received the computers and left them un-opened. I'm going through the return process. Can anyone please help me with the return with full refund and waive of the restock fee since I tried cancelling this order through a rep weeks before it was shipped?
