Cannot find how to update my BIOS

Hello! I have been trying to play Black ops 7 however it says my BIOS needs to be updated, so i went through every guide i could find through HP and reddit on how to update my bios but not a single one has worked and says my BIOS is up to date. I've had this computer for years and have never updated the BIOS to begin with so that may be a problem. When I've gone on the HP website and to the Software and Drivers page it also does not show anything at all in the collapsible list. I'm extremely confused and growing increasingly frustrated so any support would be immensely helpful

I'm sadly still not sure even digging through those on how to update my BIOS. I've gone into the HP support assistant, the HP app itself on my computer, and through the website to check the software and drivers page but cannot figure it out. even if the update isn't out yet I'd like to know how to update it
