Plugged in usb 3+ and hdmi connector and vr headset is dark. I have a card with 1 hdmi and 3 displayyports. Cannot convert displayports to hdmi with any of my 4 adapters. So I cannot see both the screen and the vr in device manager at the same time.
Dell says I need their computer, hp says I need their headset.
Pleas help!

I'll also add (need to know the model number or product number of the HP PC), and what kind of DP adapters are those that dont work?
To use DP to HDMI, it has to be an "active" adapter supporting DP 1.2 to HDMI 2.0, like this one...

Not passive. Is that what you have?

Either of these units will work on any computer that meets the technical requirements.
I will speak with the Frontline training team on this.
