OMEN 30L Desktop PC GT13-1000a (207P7AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

I am trying to access the Overclocking tab in the Omen Gaming Hub to Overclock my AMD Ryzen 7 5800x but my OMEN Gaming Hub gives me "The required HP services cannot be found....".  When I launch the application I am asked to update and restart my PC which I have done at least 5 times now to no avail.  I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Omen Gaming Hub. I have ensured all HP services are running, including HP Omen HSA Service.  I have installed all updates from AMD and from windows.  I have followed all instructions in this issue with no success: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Gaming-Desktops/Cannot-update-Omen-Gaming-Hub-to-gain-Overclocking/m-p...

Please install this package: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp143001-143500/sp143469.exe  , then restart.

I have tried that as well and it does not work.  I have also forwarded this issue through the HP Omen Gaming Hub feedback portal.  They requested I run OMENLogCollector.exe.  Unfortunately, windows 11 does not allow user access to the C:\system.sav directory that log collector attempts to use.  I suspect there are permission incompatibles to between windows 11 and the Omen Gaming Hub which are preventing any of the suggested updates from actually being installed.

I downgraded from windows 11 to windows 10 and the issue has been resolved.  The Omen Gaming Hub needs to be updated to run on Windows 11 22h2
